Reads and drafts every email
Sorts what matters, drafts replies in each person's own voice, flags the ones that need a decision. Your people read, edit if needed, and hit send.
Reinforcements for every person you already have
You hired sharp people to grow the company. Then the inbox, the scheduling, the quotes, the status chasing and the reports swallowed half of every day. Reinforcements takes that work off their desks and hands back the finished draft for them to approve. Same team. Same payroll. About four times the output, and people doing the work you actually hired them for.
Software is just software. People are the point. We don't replace your people. We unleash them.
The problem
Walk your office at 2 p.m. Count how many people are reading email, retyping a quote, moving a meeting or hunting for a status update. That's your growth budget, spent on typing. Every hour of it is an hour your people aren't getting better at their real job, and the only way you've ever bought more hours is another hire.
A project manager who spends four hours a day in the inbox never becomes a great project manager. Tedious work doesn't just waste the hour. It caps the person.
Your team tried it. It wrote a nice paragraph and forgot who you were. It couldn't see your files, didn't remember your business and couldn't actually do anything. So nobody kept using it.
It lives inside your systems, remembers everything about your company, does the tedious part and hands your people a finished draft to approve. They get their day back and grow into the job you hired them for.
On the clock every day
Not IT work. The busy-work that eats your office staff, your project managers and your sales team all day long, so they can spend the day being the best version of the person you hired.
Sorts what matters, drafts replies in each person's own voice, flags the ones that need a decision. Your people read, edit if needed, and hit send.
Books, reschedules, reminds, and chases the customer who never called back. Nothing falls through because someone was on a job site.
Pulls specs from a photo of a door, a generator spec sheet or a walk-through recording and fills in your own quote template with your pricing. All the tedious part is done before your estimator ever opens it. They finish it up, approve it and send it out.
Matches vendor invoices to POs, catches duplicates and price creep, drafts the dispute. It shows you where the money is leaking. It never pays a bill, never moves a dollar and never sends a word to a vendor without a person on your team approving it first. There is always a human at the end of the line.
Branch numbers, open jobs, aging receivables, crew hours. In your inbox before you sit down, pulled from your own systems. Ask it where things stand at any point and get a live answer, by the month, the week, the day or the hour.
If someone on your team is still typing "competitor licensing labor rates" into Google, you're sending a first-year intern to do a job built for a room full of PhDs. Reinforcements reads hundreds of sources in the time it takes to open a browser tab and comes back with one organized brief your team can act on. And it isn't starting from a blank page. It already knows your market, your products, your people, your pricing, your values and the way your company runs, so every search and every answer is built for your business, not a generic one.
Who this is built for
You're doing $40M to $100M a year. You've got 80 to 400 people. The next stage of growth would normally mean another layer of office staff. That's the hire we replace.
Smaller businesses, real estate teams and solo operators: the same system works for you too, and we'd be glad to point you to the version sized for you. This page is written for companies with a larger back office and the growing pains that come with it.
Run your numbers
Two numbers about your business. Everything else is an assumption you can see and change.
Your last twelve months, roughly.
Everyone on payroll, field and office.
—
Everything above is about hours and top-line revenue. What you actually care about is how much more goes home in your pocket. That takes your gross margin, so we keep a second, deeper calculator: your revenue, your cost of goods, your payroll and overhead, and it shows the change to your bottom line, not just your top line. Leave your email and we'll send it to you along with a short consultation to walk through your numbers.
Your request is written. Send it to us in one click, or copy it and paste it into any email.
Or email us directly at integritylanddevelopment@gmail.com.
How we get these numbers, in plain English. First we figure out how many of your people work at a desk. Then we figure out how much of their week goes to email, scheduling, drafting and chasing, and how much of that Reinforcements can take over. That gives us the hours given back. Those hours are worth what you already pay for them; that's the staff time recovered. And when your people spend those hours on real work instead, they bring in more revenue; that's the revenue capacity. It's an honest estimate from your two numbers, not a promise. When we do the on-site assessment we swap every guess for your real figures.
Same brain, a specialist for every desk
Reinforcements is the boss. When a job needs depth, it spins up a specialist, gives it only the access that job needs, and manages it. Every install is named and dressed for the company it works in. These are ours.
Reads everything, decides what matters, hands out the work, checks it, brings it back to a human. Never sends, pays or deletes on its own.
Matches every invoice to its PO, catches duplicates and quiet price increases, drafts the dispute. Read-only on the books. Cannot move money.
Schedules jobs, reschedules the weather days, reminds the customer, chases the no-shows. Knows every branch's calendar at once.
Drafts replies in each person's voice, writes the proposal, cleans up the RFP response. Learns how your best salesperson writes and gives that to everyone.
Permits, competitors, labor rates, supplier options for the next state you open in. One organized brief instead of forty browser tabs.
Decides what every other specialist is allowed to touch, logs every action, and shuts a job down the moment it steps outside its permit. Your IT team's best friend.
How it works
We sit with your office staff, your PMs and your sales team and find where the hours actually go. We replace every assumption in the calculator above with your real numbers. If it doesn't clear the 4× bar, we say so.
Installed on your systems, with your IT team in the room. It reads your history so it knows your customers and vendors on day one. We tune up the computers while we're at it.
Drafts land in front of the right person every morning. They approve, edit or reject. Reinforcements learns from every edit. We stay on as the operations partner, adding specialists as you grow.
Under the hood
Think of it as your company's own private ChatGPT, except it knows your business, lives inside your walls and does the work instead of talking about it. For the hard judgment calls it uses AI from Anthropic, one of the largest AI labs in the world, built by hundreds of researchers and running on tens of thousands of servers. For the thousands of small everyday tasks it uses a 70-billion-parameter AI that runs on hardware dedicated to you and nobody else. Nothing about your business is used to train anyone's AI.

Pricing
No per-seat fees, no per-specialist fees, no flat number that ignores your size. Our fee is 20% of the staff time Reinforcements gives back to your company each month. You keep the other 80%, plus every dollar of new revenue that time produces. A 500-person company gets more work done and pays more than a 100-person company, and both keep four times what they pay.
The fee
$5,000 a month minimum. One-time setup equal to two months, covering the assessment, the install and your team's training.
What that looks like
Monthly fee at our default assumptions. The calculator above gives your exact number, and the on-site assessment replaces the assumptions with your real figures before anything is signed.
Questions
No. It's about growing without adding the next layer of office staff. The people you have get four times the output because they're approving finished drafts instead of typing them from scratch. Most of our customers are hiring in the field, not laying off in the office.
They're the first people we sit down with. They get the audit log, the access rules and the kill switch. Reinforcements runs on machines they already manage. Part of the install is cleaning up and speeding up those machines, which usually makes IT the happiest people in the building.
It stays on your systems. Reinforcements reads it where it lives. When the hard thinking goes to Anthropic, it goes under a business agreement that does not train on your data. Everyday work runs on your own private AI and never leaves. Your company memory is a database you own and can take with you.
Email and calendar (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), shared drives, your accounting and job-management software, and anything with files. If your people can open it on a computer, Reinforcements can work in it.
Reading your history starts on install day. Useful drafts are landing in inboxes within the first two weeks. The full four-times output number is a three-to-six-month curve as it learns how your people like things done.
Yes. Month to month after setup. Your memory, your files and your drafts stay with you.
